Tiger
Rear Ends, one of stock car racing’s most dynamic brands, has teamed up with
the United States Modified Touring Series to recognize the experts whose
dedication and hard work propel the best of the USMTS into victory lane. The
Tiger Rear Ends Chassis Builders Championship will give back to both the
chassis builders and the competitors who support them.
As
part of their inaugural program with America's premier modified series, Tiger
Rear Ends will dole out product certificates to the top three in the Tiger Rear
Ends Chassis Builders Championship standings. The leader in quick change rear
end performance will also award a USMTS licensed driver competing in the
chassis that conquers the Tiger Rear Ends Chassis Builders Championship a
complete quick change rear end. The winner shall be determined during the
yearend banquet by a random draw of all the eligible drivers who visibly
displayed the Tiger Rear Ends logo or
decal during the 2011 season.
“Tiger
Rear Ends is excited and proud to support the Chassis Builders Championship and
the USMTS,” commented Gerald Williams, who recently regained ownership of the company
in which he founded in 2002. “It is a great opportunity to give back to the
chassis builders and showcase not only the quality of the products Tiger Rear
Ends manufactures, but also the quality customer service. I will guarantee
this- someone will always answer the phone and all inquiries will be answered.”
Since
its inception, Tiger Rear Ends has used cutting edge technology to design and
manufacture the highest quality strength to weight ratio rear ends possible. After
dedicating years to building its reputation as one of the most esteemed and
trusted rear ends on the racetrack, Williams sold Tiger Rear Ends in 2007.
In
early May 2011, Williams announced that he had repurchased the company and
moved Tiger Rear Ends to its new home in Mt. Ulla, North Carolina. Williams is
committed to improve the service by focusing on satisfying customer needs.
"Tiger
Rear Ends is rededicated to service and a quick turnaround time,” Williams
commented, adding that customer satisfaction means more than just receiving a
quality product. “We want to get back to the point where parts are readily
available and there is never a shortage. We want to keep this product alive.”
Other
than the castings and bearings, all of the production is completed in house on
brand new state of the art machines to ensure quality control and a stocked
inventory. Years of experience as well as innovative product development and
testing will continue to give Tiger Rear Ends the competitive edge on the race
track.
In
addition to its signature line of rear ends and related components, Tiger
distributes chassis components and other parts from select manufacturers.
